1. The Service
EditPix AI provides an AI-powered image editing platform that allows users to edit, enhance, and transform photos using natural language prompts. Access to the service requires a registered account and the use of credits, which may be obtained through subscription plans or one-time purchases.
2. Accounts
You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
3. Credits and Payments
Credits are the currency used within EditPix AI. Each image edit consumes a set number of credits depending on the operation performed.
Acquiring Credits Credits may be acquired through:
- A monthly or yearly subscription plan, which provides a recurring credit allocation
- One-time credit pack purchases
Free Starter Credits New accounts receive a complimentary credit allocation upon registration. These credits allow you to try the service before purchasing.
Credit Validity Credits have an expiration period as specified at the time of purchase or plan enrollment. Unused credits that expire are not refunded or carried over unless otherwise stated in your plan details.
Payments All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
Refunds We do not offer refunds on purchased credits or subscription fees except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use EditPix AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Upload or generate content that depicts minors in a sexual manner
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual
- Upload images containing personal data of others without their consent
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform
- Resell or redistribute access to the service without our written permission
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without refund.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content You retain ownership of the images you upload and the results you generate. By using the service, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of delivering your requested edit. This license ends when processing is complete and your image is deleted from our systems.
Our Content The EditPix AI platform, including its design, code, branding, and underlying models, is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.
No Training Use We do not use your uploaded images or generated results to train AI models.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. AI-generated outputs may be imperfect and should be reviewed before use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EditPix AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service, with or without notice. Upon termination, your remaining credits are forfeited and are not refundable.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
