What should I include in a bug report?
To help us resolve issues quickly, please include a clear description of what happened, what you expected to happen, and the steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots or screen recordings are extremely helpful. Be sure to select "Bug Report" as the category when submitting.
How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days. Bug reports and account issues are prioritized. During peak times, responses may take slightly longer, but we will always acknowledge your request promptly.
I have a billing issue. What should I do?
For billing-related questions — such as unexpected charges, refund requests, or subscription changes — please select "Billing Question" as the category and provide your account email and a description of the issue. We handle all payments through Stripe, so we can quickly look into any transaction details.
Can I request a new feature?
